Franchise Brief was started out of love for franchising. We want to deliver news on milestones within the industry, technology breakthroughs, share spotlights about the movers & shakers, feature some menu magic and even just talk about cool, weird and interesting franchise stuff. Underpinning all that is amazement, aww, and love for an industry.

The franchise industry encompasses many things, from bad to good, from greed to giving. We at Franchise Brief believe franchising is at it’s best when it expresses franchise heart. So what is franchise heart?

Franchise Heart

Simplistically, franchise heart is when people within the franchise industry are caring, giving, altruistic, and kind-hearted. The ways a franchise heart can be displayed and how it can impact and transform communities are limitless. Some ways are donating to a meaningful cause, volunteering time, mentoring, sponsoring community events, or showing care and commitment to franchise owners and their families.

Let’s celebrate those with Franchise Heart in an effort to compound the love we and others have for the communities the franchise industry serves.

Share this article to spread this idea and help others recognize when people are flexing their franchise hearts.
