FYZICAL Partners with SaRA Health to Enhance Patient Care Through Technology

A Powerful Partnership Transforming Patient Care

SaRA Health has announced a strategic partnership with FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, introducing Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) services to over 600 clinics nationwide. By integrating SaRA Health’s RTM communications platform, FYZICAL aims to enhance patient engagement, increase plan-of-care completion rates, and improve overall treatment outcomes.

The SaRA Health Platform enables quick and seamless patient enrollment, allowing therapists to maintain direct digital communication via automated text messages rather than traditional phone calls or emails. This real-time connection fosters stronger patient-provider relationships and ensures timely intervention when necessary.

FYZICAL, known for its market leadership in balance therapy and rehabilitation, continuously seeks innovative solutions to enhance clinical excellence. Through this partnership, patients gain more accessible care. At the same time, therapists and practice owners benefit from improved operational efficiency and additional revenue opportunities. This is a win for both franchise owners and the communities they serve.

“SaRA Health’s platform significantly enhances patient care by allowing for seamless remote monitoring and communication,” said Scott Gardner, a three-unit FYZICAL franchise owner and Franchise Advisory Council President. “Patients appreciate the ease through which they can interact with their therapists, which in turn fosters better adherence to treatment plans. Therapists benefit from integrating SaRA Health into their workflow, enabling more timely support. At the same time, practice owners see greater patient satisfaction, higher plan-of-care completion rates, and an additional source of revenue, which they in turn can share with clinicians.”

What Is Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)?

Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) is a digital health service that allows healthcare providers to track patients’ adherence to prescribed treatments outside of a clinical setting. Unlike Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), which primarily tracks physiological data (such as heart rate or blood pressure), RTM focuses on patient-reported data related to musculoskeletal and respiratory conditions.

With RTM, patients receive automated check-ins and report pain levels, therapy progress, and adherence to treatment plans. This real-time feedback loop enables providers to adjust treatments as needed, ultimately improving outcomes and reducing in-clinic visits.

SaRA Health’s platform takes RTM to the next level by simplifying patient-provider communication, ensuring timely intervention, and improving clinical efficiency. The integration of RTM with FYZICAL’s nationwide network underscores a shared commitment to proactive health management.

Clinical Data Proves the Power of RTM

Research supports the effectiveness of SaRA Health’s RTM platform, demonstrating significant improvements in treatment adherence and patient outcomes.

A 480-patient study found that patients using SaRA Health’s platform achieved:

  • 30% better clinical outcomes
  • 62% higher likelihood of completing their treatment plans

Beyond measurable outcomes, the real-time support and accessibility provided by RTM has led to improved patient satisfaction:

  • 63% of patients reported higher adherence to their at-home therapy programs
  • 79% stated that fast, digital communication with their physical therapist increased their perceived value of care

One compelling example highlights the life-changing impact of this technology: A vertigo patient, unable to move from his couch, had his wife reach out to his therapist via the SaRA Health platform. As a result, he was seen the same day, avoiding days of immobility and regaining his mobility that afternoon.

By leveraging real-time digital check-ins, proactive interventions, and seamless therapist-patient communication, SaRA Health and FYZICAL are setting a new standard in patient-centered care—one that prioritizes engagement, efficiency, and better health outcomes.

Expanding the Future of Patient-Centered Care

Through this partnership, SaRA Health and FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers are setting a new standard for patient-centered, technology-driven physical therapy.

“We are committed to helping patients who are often overlooked and underserved, and are thrilled to partner with FYZICAL, an organization that shares our passion for patient-centered care,” said Steven Coen, CEO of SaRA Health. “Together, we are creating a system that prioritizes proactive health management. We are already in more than 100 FYZICAL clinics and look forward to expanding this opportunity to more locations.”

By combining cutting-edge RTM technology with FYZICAL’s leading expertise in balance therapy and rehabilitation, this partnership is redefining physical therapy, making it more accessible, effective, and patient-friendly than ever before.
