Freddy’s Brings Back Dr Pepper Frost for Summer 2026

Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers is kicking off summer with the return of its popular Dr Pepper Frost, available May 6th through July 7th at participating locations nationwide. Guests can order the limited-time frozen treat through drive-thru, dine-in, pickup, delivery via the Freddy’s mobile app, or online at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.

The Dr Pepper Frost blends Freddy’s signature vanilla frozen custard with Dr Pepper and its 23 flavors, then tops the drink with whipped cream for a smooth and refreshing seasonal dessert.

“Freddy’s Frosts feature a lighter, refreshing taste made with our signature freshly churned vanilla frozen custard,” said Rick Petralia, Sr. Director of Menu Strategy & Innovation. “We first offered the Dr Pepper Frost last summer and it became an instant hit.”

The fast-casual brand also announced that its Steakburger Taco will remain on menus through July 7, following strong customer demand. Originally introduced in January as a limited-time offer, the snack-sized menu item features a Freddy’s steakburger patty, melted American cheese, lettuce, and Jalapeño Fry Sauce wrapped in a grilled tortilla.
