Neighborly Names Brent Korb Chief Financial Officer

Neighborly has appointed Brent Korb as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 8, 2026. Based at the company’s Irving, Texas, headquarters, Korb reports to CEO Mike Davis and oversees Finance, Accounting and ProTradeNet.

Korb brings more than 25 years of executive financial leadership experience across private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. He most recently served as executive vice president and CFO of American Bath Group, a residential building products manufacturer. Previously, he spent 16 years at Quanex Building Products, including 11 years as CFO of the publicly traded company. His background includes acquisitions, capital markets activity and organizational transformation.

At Neighborly, Korb’s responsibilities include supporting programs intended to improve franchise owners’ purchasing power, operational efficiency and growth. His appointment comes as the company expands marketing automation and cross-brand customer engagement across its database of 26 million households.

Korb holds an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Texas.
