Little Caesars is doubling down on long-term growth with a series of senior leadership promotions designed to support its sustained momentum across global markets. Effective January 1st, 2026, longtime CEO Dave Scrivano will transition into the role of Vice Chairman, where he will continue guiding the brand’s strategy, culture, and innovation initiatives.

Scrivano has played a central role in Little Caesars’ evolution, helping drive international expansion, digital innovation, and restaurant growth during one of the most successful periods in the brand’s history. His move allows for continued leadership continuity while sharpening the company’s focus on long-term value creation.

As part of the leadership realignment, Paula Vissing has been promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Retail. Since joining the company in 2011, Vissing has overseen what was stated as the strongest expansion period in Little Caesars’ history, with gains in franchise profitability, unit growth, global marketing, and learning and development.

Ed Gleich has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Services. Also with the brand since 2011, Gleich has led several high-impact growth initiatives, including national media expansion, menu innovation, and delivery. His oversight spans innovation, supply chain, equipment sales, and key manufacturing and distribution arms.

Leigh Burnside moves into the role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, expanding her oversight to include Human Resources and Legal. Since joining in 2023, a recent press release shared that Burnside has strengthened financial planning and organizational alignment across the business.

Together, the promotions reinforce Little Caesars’ commitment to leadership depth as the value-focused pizza brand continues to grow domestically and internationally.
