PJ’s Coffee is kicking off the holidays with three cheerful seasonal beverages available November 5th through January 6th, 2026. The New Orleans-born brand, known for its warm hospitality and small-batch roasted coffee, is spotlighting two new creations plus a returning fan favorite.

Leading the lineup is the new Gingerbread Chai Latte, a cozy blend of chai and classic gingerbread spices finished with a cinnamon topper. Guests can enjoy it hot, iced, or frozen, making it an easy fit for any winter moment. Also new is the Jingle Bells Shaken Espresso, which mixes chocolate and cinnamon before adding a layer of white chocolate cold foam for a smooth, seasonal finish.

Joining the newcomers is the Peppermint Bark Latte, a returning holiday staple that blends peppermint and white chocolate with PJ’s signature coffee. Topped with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, and crushed peppermint, it delivers nostalgic sweetness in hot, iced, or frozen form.

Guests can find these limited-time drinks at PJ’s Coffee locations nationwide or order ahead through the brand’s mobile app, keeping celebrations convenient all season long.
