Bread Zeppelin is leaning into its role as an early innovator in the stuffed salad sandwich category with a new limited-time promotion. The Dallas-founded concept announced that from April 16th through April 22nd, guests who show a printed or digital receipt for Panera’s new Salad Stuffer can receive a complimentary Zeppelin at participating locations.

The campaign follows Panera’s recent launch of a similar menu item, while Bread Zeppelin notes it has been serving its signature Zeppelin since 2013. Each Zeppelin features a hollowed artisan baguette filled with a made-to-order salad, combining handheld convenience with fresh ingredients and customization.

Co-founder Troy Charhon said the promotion gives new guests a chance to experience the original concept firsthand. President Vincent Ginatta added that the brand remains focused on executing the product at a high level, from toasted bread preparation to fresh salad assembly.

Bread Zeppelin also highlighted several operational details that set its concept apart. Proteins such as steak and chicken are marinated and grilled in-house daily, never frozen. Removed bread cores are repurposed into house-made croutons and bread pudding, supporting the company’s efforts to reduce food waste.

The offer is available in-store only with valid proof of purchase from Panera during the promotional window. Limit one complimentary Zeppelin per guest; additional restrictions may apply.

Guests can visit Bread Zeppelin locations or explore the menu online at breadzeppelin.com.
