Franchise Expo Dallas is set to return to the Dallas-Fort Worth area this September, bringing prospective franchise owners, franchisors and industry professionals together for two days of networking, education and business development.

MFV Expositions and Comexposium will host the event on Sept. 18th and 19th at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas. The trade show marks MFV Expositions’ first event in the Dallas-Fort Worth market since 2018.

Organizers expect thousands of attendees and more than 100 exhibitors representing franchise opportunities across a range of industries and investment levels. The event will also include more than a dozen workshops and educational sessions, along with keynote presentations focused on franchise ownership and business growth.

Registration is open for both attendees and exhibitors.

โ€œBy almost any industry benchmark metric or standard, itโ€™s clear that interest in business ownership through franchising is at an all-time high,โ€ stated Martin Joksimovic, president of MFV Expositions. โ€œThere are approximately 850,000 franchise establishments in the U.S. today and itโ€™s only a matter of time before the industry surpasses the one-million mark – a significant milestone. The networking opportunities at Franchise Expo Dallas are, by design, meant to spark the conversations that can turn entrepreneurial dreams into reality. At MFV Expo, weโ€™re proud to play the role of matchmaker, connecting motivated entrepreneurs with franchise opportunities representing a diverse range of industries and all levels of investment.โ€

Franchise Expo Dallas Workshops Focus on Ownership and Growth

Education will be a central part of the Franchise Expo Dallas schedule. Opening-day programming includes:

  • A to Zโ€™s of Buying a Franchise, hosted by Dr. John Hayes, Titus Chair for Franchise Leadership at Palm Beach Atlantic University. The session is designed for prospective franchisees who want to better understand the process of evaluating and purchasing a franchise.
  • Franchise industry veteran Mark Siebert of iFranchise Group will present Franchising Your Business, a workshop geared toward business owners considering franchise expansion.
  • Additional programming includes Top Questions to Ask a Franchisor Before Investing, moderated by Natalie Hoyt of Ascent Hospitality Management.
  • Andre Key, founder and CEO of Sociallybuzz, will deliver a keynote presentation titled Minorities Building Wealth with Franchising.

Together, the sessions give attendees opportunities to learn about franchise investing, due diligence, brand development and entrepreneurship while connecting directly with industry professionals.

Exhibitors Span Food, Home Services, Retail and Senior Care

The exhibitor lineup reflects the variety of business models represented across the franchise sector. Participating brands include GNC Live Well and Lightbridge Academy. Food and beverage exhibitors scheduled to participate include Perkins American Food Co., Mr. Gattiโ€™s Pizza, The Big Biscuit and Rosatiโ€™s Pizza.

Home services will also be represented by brands including Poolwerx, Pi Kitchen and Bath Shop and Milo Insulation. Golden Years Relocation and Assisted Living Mansion are among the concepts representing senior-focused services. The range of exhibitors gives attendees an opportunity to compare franchise models, investment levels and industries in one location while speaking directly with franchise representatives.

Emerging Brands and Networking Take Center Stage

Beyond the traditional exhibit floor, Franchise Expo Dallas will include several programs designed to encourage conversations between entrepreneurs, franchise companies and industry service providers.

The Emerging Brands Pavilion will feature franchise concepts with fewer than 10 locations, providing newer brands with a dedicated space to introduce their businesses to prospective franchisees. The Business Resource Center will connect franchise companies and entrepreneurs with vendors and suppliers serving the industry.

Franchise Expo Unplugged will also return through MFV Expo’s partnership with Social Geek Radio. The program will feature podcast interviews and discussions recorded from the trade show floor.

MFV Expositions has organized franchise events for 35 years, creating opportunities for prospective franchisees to meet franchisors and learn about ownership models across multiple industries. Its events also incorporate educational programming for both franchise candidates and existing industry professionals.

Comexposium, MFV’s event partner, organizes more than 135 business-to-business and consumer events across sectors including food, construction, retail, real estate, health and tourism.

Dallas Marks Second Stop on MFV Expo’s 2026 U.S. Tour

Franchise Expo Dallas is the second of four U.S. stops on MFV Expo’s 2026 schedule.

The tour began with the International Franchise Expo in New York City in May. Following Dallas, MFV Expositions plans to hold Franchise Expo Cincinnati on Oct. 23rd and 24th, followed by Franchise Expo West in Glendale, Arizona, on Nov. 13th and 14th.

For entrepreneurs exploring franchise ownership, the Dallas event will offer a chance to meet franchise representatives, attend educational sessions, and compare business opportunities across multiple categories during a single two-day event.
