Workout Anytime has named Peter Stipher its new chief operating officer, adding an experienced executive to its leadership team as the 24/7 fitness franchise builds its next phase of growth.
Stipher brings more than two decades of leadership experience across technology, finance, capital markets and franchise operations. In his new role, he will oversee corporate-owned and franchise operations while helping integrate technology, finance, marketing, analytics and operational strategy. The goal is to strengthen franchise performance, member satisfaction and long-term enterprise value across the system.
โWorkout Anytime already has an outstanding foundation, an engaged franchise community and tremendous opportunity ahead,โ Stipher said. โAs we build for the future, our focus is on creating a smarter, more connected organization where every function works together to drive better decisions and better outcomes.โ
Stipher previously founded fitness CRM platform Lead Dolphin, later acquired by EverCommerce, and served as CEO of Motus Consumer Insights, which became an Inc. 5000 honoree before its sale to Vi Labs.
Most recently, Stipher was a principal at Private Capital Advisors, where he led the buy-side transaction that brought Jerry Pugh in as Workout Anytimeโs majority owner. He will report directly to Pugh, the companyโs CEO.
Workout Anytime operates roughly 200 locations across the U.S. among single- and multi-unit franchise owners.
