Build-A-Bear Workshop is adding more magic to its licensed lineup with an expanded Harry Potter collection, launched July 30th at participating stores and online ahead of Harry Potter’s July 31st birthday.

New arrivals include a Harry Potter Bear, Harry- and Ron-inspired sweater fashions and Mini Beans plush representing the four Hogwarts Houses: Gryffindor Lion, Ravenclaw Raven, Hufflepuff Badger and Slytherin Snake. Fans can also pair the new plush with returning accessories, including Hogwarts House robes and scarves, school uniforms, a Sorting Hat with sound, a light-up wand and Firebolt broom wristie.

The launch builds on Build-A-Bear’s strategy of pairing popular entertainment licenses with its interactive retail experience. Founded in 1997, the St. Louis-based retailtainment brand lets guests personalize furry friends through stuffing, dressing, accessorizing and its signature heart ceremony.

Build-A-Bear is also marking the occasion with a fan giveaway running July 31st through August 7th for eligible U.S. and U.K. participants. One U.S. winner will receive a Warner Bros. Studio Tour Hollywood trip for four, including airfare, a two-night hotel stay and a private VIP Build-A-Bear experience. A U.K. winner will receive a private VIP Build-A-Bear experience and four personalized Hogwarts House robes.
