Boardroom Salon for Men has appointed Matt Weiss as Vice President of Franchise Operations, reinforcing the brand’s focus on strategic growth and franchisee success as it expands its national footprint.
In the role, Weiss will oversee development efforts, franchisee support systems, and operational initiatives. His responsibilities include leading training programs, managing franchise relationships, and aligning companywide processes to ensure consistency across locations.
Weiss brings more than a decade of franchising and multi-unit leadership experience. He previously served as director of franchise development at Level 5 Capital and has supported brands such as Diesel Barbershop, Three Degrees, and Heyday. His perspective is further shaped by over ten years as a Massage Envy franchisee, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities franchise owners face. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
CEO Jeff Helfgott noted that Weiss has already contributed to key initiatives, citing his collaborative mindset and operational expertise as valuable assets. Weiss began his tenure immersed in Boardroom’s Dallas market, working inside salons to better understand day-to-day operations, a practice embedded in the brand’s culture.
As Boardroom builds on momentum from 2025 into 2026, the company continues prioritizing operational discipline, franchisee support, and scalable infrastructure to drive long-term systemwide success.
