Vicious Biscuit has promoted Amanda Parker to Vice President of Marketing, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to developing leaders from within as it prepares for its next phase of national growth. The Southern-inspired brunch concept plans to open 10 new locations in 2026, and Parker will lead brand strategy, guest engagement, and systemwide marketing to support that expansion.

Parker joined Vicious Biscuit in 2022 as Area Director for the Charleston market before moving into marketing leadership. Most recently, she served as Director of Marketing, overseeing national brand development, creative, loyalty initiatives, and local store marketing for both corporate and franchise locations. Her work has focused on building scalable systems that protect brand consistency while giving operators the tools to win locally.

A 2025 QSR Magazine 35 Young Leaders to Watch honoree, Parker has been instrumental in formalizing Vicious Biscuit’s brand standards and franchise-ready marketing toolkits. She also played a key leadership role in launching the brand’s first loyalty program, Vicious Biscuit Rewards, helping design its branding, structure, and systemwide rollout.

Before joining Vicious Biscuit, Parker spent nearly five years with Chick-fil-A in the Charleston area, advancing through leadership roles across operations, HR, sales and marketing, and training. Originally from Georgia, she holds a B.S. in Healthcare Administration from Charleston Southern University and remains active in community service through Feed the Hunger.
