    FranConnect has appointed Adam Walton as Chief Customer Officer, expanding its executive leadership team amid global growth. Walton will lead global customer success, professional services, and education initiatives while shaping the company’s overall customer experience strategy. CEO Gabby Wong said Walton’s “deep expertise in customer experience (CX) and AI” will help deliver lasting impact across FranConnect’s expanding customer base. Bringing more than 30 years of experience from companies like CallMiner and Cresta, Walton plans to strengthen customer partnerships and drive innovation. His appointment follows a landmark year for FranConnect, highlighted by new AI-powered tools including Frannie AI™, Optik IQ, and Candidate Coach.
