Alex and Myriam Guerrero, the local owners of Tint World® Automotive Styling Centers™ in El Paso, have been recognized with the prestigious Franchisee of the Year Award from the International Franchise Association (IFA). This honor is awarded annually to outstanding franchisees who exemplify excellence in business operations, customer service, and community engagement.

A Commitment to Success and Community

Since launching their Tint World location in 2022, the Guerreros have built a reputation for top-quality window tinting and film services. They have earned the trust and repeat business of El Paso residents. Their hands-on approach and dedication to friendly, attentive service have set them apart as franchise leaders.

“One of the joys of operating a Tint World location in our hometown is having the chance to win repeat business through our commitment to friendly, attentive service,” said Myriam Guerrero, who is actively involved in the El Paso community.

For the Guerreros, Tint World was a clear choice when they sought out business ownership opportunities. Alex highlighted the strong support system and onboarding process provided by Tint World, which has been instrumental in their success.

“Right away, we felt like we were being given all the tools and support structures needed for our Tint World location to thrive,” he said.

    Veteran Support and Corporate Backing

As a U.S. Army veteran with 28 years of service, Alex Guerrero expressed gratitude for Tint World’s commitment to supporting veterans. This includes incentives that help them achieve entrepreneurial success.

“The Guerreros are true role models within our growing system, embodying all the values we treasure here at Tint World,” said Charles J. Bonfiglio, president and CEO of Tint World. “They are fully committed to hard work and to following our proven systems for success.”

This sentiment was echoed by Jon Garrett, Tint World’s vice president of operations, who praised the couple’s dedication to blending business excellence with community involvement.

“They are redefining, before our very eyes, the definition of success,” Garrett said. “By creating value beyond the books, they affect positive change within their neighborhood, workforce, and throughout El Paso.”

    A Prestigious Industry Recognition

The Franchisee of the Year Award, presented at the IFA’s annual conference in Las Vegas from February 10th-13th, is one of the franchise industry’s highest honors. It recognizes local franchise owners across various brands. These owners contribute significantly to their franchisor’s success and reputation.

While the Guerreros are among an elite group of winners this year, their recognition highlights the impact franchise businesses can have within their communities. Their story is a testament to the strength of hard work, dedication, and following a proven franchise system.

For El Paso, their achievement means more than just a successful business—it’s a win for the entire community.
