PJ’s Coffee is turning up the color and flavor for Carnival season with a limited-time Mardi Gras menu that leans into its New Orleans roots and love for indulgent tradition. Available now through March 3rd, the seasonal lineup introduces two new beverages alongside a returning fan favorite, all designed to pair perfectly with king cake or serve as a celebration on their own.

New to the menu is the Purple Energy, a vibrant blue raspberry and dragonfruit energy drink topped with coconut cold foam and Mardi Gras-themed sanding sugar. The Carnival Latte adds a festive twist to PJ’s classic espresso, blending cinnamon and vanilla, finished with whipped cream and sparkling purple sugar. Rounding out the lineup is the returning Frozen King Cake, a blended drink inspired by the iconic dessert, featuring cinnamon, vanilla, whipped cream, and purple sugar crystals for a rich, dessert-like sip.

The Mardi Gras experience extends beyond the drinks. All hot beverages are now served in seasonal cups dressed in purple, green, and gold, while guests can also enjoy Caluda’s King Cake, available whole or by the slice in-store, as well as online with nationwide shipping.

The celebration arrives as PJ’s continues evolving its menu, recently introducing new cold cup sizes, alternative milks at no extra charge, and additional blended beverages. Ordering ahead is available through the PJ’s Coffee mobile app.
