In a heartwarming fusion of canine compassion and community action, Zoom Room, an indoor dog training franchise, is unleashing a national initiative called “Rally for Rescue Dogs.” Kicking off April 21st, 2025, this 10-day campaign is designed to raise both funds and awareness for animal shelters and rescues across the country.

Training with a Purpose: Donations for Dogs in Need

As part of the initiative, participating Zoom Room locations will offer a specially designed sample class called “Ready, Set, Zoom.” In exchange for a donation, dog owners can experience this curated enrichment session, with 100% of proceeds benefiting local animal shelters and the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA.

Whether you’re a seasoned dog parent or a first-time pup owner, these donation-based classes are a way to give your dog a new skill while giving back to dogs still waiting for their forever homes. Funds raised will go toward veterinary care, shelter supplies, and essential services that support rescue organizations in their mission.

“At Zoom Room, we believe a well-trained and socialized dog leads a happier and healthier life,” said Zoom Room CEO Mark Van Wye. “With ‘Rally for Rescue Dogs,’ we’re thrilled to extend our mission by supporting the rescues in our community while providing valuable training experiences for dogs and their owners.”

Dog lovers interested in participating can sign up online via their nearest Zoom Room location or visit in person to register and donate.

More Than a Gym: A Mission-Driven Dog Community

Zoom Room isn’t your typical obedience school. With a tagline that boldly states, “We don’t train dogs; we train the people who love them,” the franchise is known for reimagining what dog training looks like. Its positive, interactive methods focus on the dog-human bond, offering structured classes that promote communication, trust, and enrichment.

Beyond training, Zoom Room locations buzz with social events. Some include the popular doggy discos, breed meetups, and playgroups. These are all designed to foster a community of pet lovers who prioritize well-being and companionship. This latest campaign is a natural extension of the brand’s values that combines fun, education, and advocacy into one energetic event.
