Caribou Coffee has named Scott Kennedy as its new President and Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Kennedy, who had been serving as Interim CEO since March 2025, previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer. Chairman José Cil praised Kennedy’s leadership focus and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences across Caribou’s coffeehouses. With a background that includes executive roles at Target and KPMG, Kennedy aims to accelerate growth and enhance the brand’s unique value in the specialty coffee market.
