Re-Bath has strengthened its executive bench with the appointment of Jack Jones as Chief Financial Officer, a move that caps a significant period of organizational growth and leadership expansion. The Phoenix-based bathroom remodeling franchise, which has increased its system by 32 percent over the past three years and now operates more than 140 locations, continues to invest heavily in infrastructure designed to support a scaling network.
Jones brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across private equity-backed companies and multi-unit franchise organizations. His background includes overseeing financial operations for a system of more than 250 locations, where he enhanced reporting systems, optimized performance, and aligned cross-departmental financial strategy. At Re-Bath, he will lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis to ensure insight-driven decisions across the brand.
The company’s expanded leadership team reflects its focus on operational excellence, following recent additions of a new Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Franchise Development, and General Counsel. CEO Brad Hillier noted that Jones’ expertise in scalable financial systems and strategic growth will be instrumental as Re-Bath continues to enhance systemwide support and expand into key markets.
