Pokeworks is expanding its menu with the nationwide launch of Poke Bombs, a new grab-and-go offering designed for busy guests looking for a quick, fresh meal option. The premium poke franchise unveiled the compact menu item on April 21st, giving customers a convenient new way to enjoy the brand’s signature poke flavors.

Each Poke Bomb features a sweet inari tofu pocket filled with white rice and topped with fresh poke ingredients. Finished with sweet and savory soy glaze, sesame seeds, and fresh garnishes, the two-piece snack delivers a portable, umami-packed bite aimed at consumers seeking convenience without sacrificing flavor.

The new lineup includes four varieties: Ahi Tuna, Fresh Salmon, California, and Dynamite Lobster. The Dynamite Lobster option includes lobster topped with spicy Sriracha aioli, lightly torched for extra flavor and texture.

“We’re seeing more guests looking for food that keeps up with their day,” said Mike Wu, Co-Founder and Head of Concept at Pokeworks. “Poke Bombs make it easy to grab something fresh and satisfying, whether you’re on your way to work, between meetings, or just need a quick bite.”

Pokeworks continues to innovate by recognizing evolving consumer demand for convenient, portable dining options while maintaining the fresh, high-quality flavors that have fueled the brand’s growth.

Poke Bombs are now available nationwide for in-store grab-and-go purchases and online ordering.
