A cinnamon roll is more than just a sweet treat—it’s an experience that evokes nostalgia, comfort, and indulgence. Few brands have captured this sentiment quite like Kinnamōns, an Oregon-based gourmet cinnamon roll bakery founded by Super Bowl Champion and entrepreneur Ndamukong Suh. Since launching in 2022, Kinnamōns has quickly gained a devoted following. They are reimagining the traditional cinnamon roll with handcrafted, innovative flavors and a commitment to high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

Unlike your typical bakery, Kinnamōns elevates the cinnamon roll to an art form, blending modern culinary techniques with time-honored baking traditions. Each roll is made fresh daily, featuring indulgent flavors like Caramel Apple Pie, Maple Bacon, and Cookies and Cream. The brand is as much about craftsmanship as it is about convenience, delivering a quick-service model that allows customers to enjoy gourmet-quality baked goods without the long wait.

But Kinnamōns is more than just sweet treats. The bakery pairs its decadent cinnamon rolls with freshly brewed espresso and flavored coffees. This creates an indulgent experience that encourages customers to slow down, savor, and enjoy.

A Name with History, A Brand with Vision

The name Kinnamōns is rooted in history, taking inspiration from “kinámōmon,” the Greek word for cinnamon. This is a nod to the spice’s rich global significance. The dedication to cultural heritage is reflected in the bakery’s creative approach to flavors. Kinnamons integrates seasonal ingredients and unique glazes that make each visit a new experience.

Founder Ndamukong Suh, a Portland native and NFL veteran, envisioned Kinnamōns as more than just a bakery.

“Kinnamōns is about more than just great cinnamon rolls; it is an art form and an experience that brings people together in the community,” said Ndamukong Suh. “I’m proud that we were able to kick off Kinnamōns’ journey in my hometown of Portland, and now joining the Craveworthy team will allow others around the U.S. to enjoy the gourmet and artisan experience driven by a team of seasoned experts who believe in the vision that inspired the concept.”

    The Future of Kinnamōns

With multiple locations in Oregon and a growing customer base, Kinnamōns is now gearing up for national expansion. The brand recently joined forces with Craveworthy Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company known for scaling unique food concepts while maintaining their authenticity. This partnership will allow Kinnamōns to bring its gourmet cinnamon roll experience to new markets through a franchise model designed to support local entrepreneurs.

“Cinnamon rolls evoke a sense of comfort, nostalgia, and indulgence, and the baking segment is seeing incredible potential with demand for gourmet, handcrafted innovations like Kinnamōns,” said Gregg Majewski, CEO and Founder of Craveworthy Brands.

As Kinnamōns expands, its core values remain the same—artisanal quality, innovative flavors, and a passion for bringing people together through shared moments of indulgence. Whether you’re a cinnamon roll purist or an adventurous foodie, Kinnamōns is proving that this beloved bakery classic still has room to surprise and delight.
