Jersey Mike’s Subs has appointed finance leader Michele Allen as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025, marking a significant addition to the brand’s growing executive lineup. Known for its fresh sliced and fresh grilled subs and a franchise-first operating model, the company is preparing for accelerated domestic and international expansion, making Allen’s arrival especially timely.
Allen brings more than 25 years of financial and strategic leadership across hospitality and franchising, most recently serving as CFO and Head of Strategy at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Her experience guiding large, franchise-driven organizations through transformation and growth positions her to oversee Jersey Mike’s global finance organization, supply chain, and enterprise performance management.
She succeeds longtime CFO Walter Tombs, who will retire in January 2026 after 26 years with the company. CEO Charlie Morrison praised Tombs for his “exceptional leadership” and described Allen as an “excellent addition” who will help guide the brand through its next phase of evolution.
Allen said Jersey Mike’s strong unit economics and culture of service drew her to the role, adding that she looks forward to supporting franchisees and partnering with the leadership team to shape the brand’s next chapter. Her appointment follows recent leadership hires across operations, people strategy, and international growth, signaling a focused push to scale the brand worldwide.
