St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and franchise brands across the country are rolling out festive, limited-time menu items to help customers celebrate with a little extra luck—and a lot of deliciousness. From green-hued treats to Irish-inspired comfort food, here’s a look at some of the most exciting St. Patrick’s Day specials available this year.

Panera’s ‘Pot of Gold’: A Lucky Twist on a Classic

Leading the pack with a creative new offering, Panera Bread is introducing the Pot of Gold—a green sourdough bread bowl filled with its signature, creamy Mac & Cheese. Available only on March 16th and 17th in select markets (Boston, Chicago, New York City, and St. Louis), this limited-edition dish brings a touch of magic to Panera’s classic comfort food.

For those outside the participating cities, Panera fans can still get in on the fun. The Panera Pot of Gold Sweepstakes gives customers a chance to win free Mac & Cheese for a year by texting LUCKY to 31261 between March 16th and 21st. Additionally, MyPanera members nationwide can enjoy $2 off any size Mac & Cheese during the holiday weekend.

More Franchise Favorites Going Green for St. Patrick’s Day

Panera isn’t the only franchise offering a festive treat for St. Patrick’s Day. Here are some other well-known brands joining the celebration:

    • McDonald’s Shamrock Shake & Oreo Shamrock McFlurry – A longtime fan-favorite, McDonald’s Shamrock Shake returns with its signature minty flavor, alongside the Oreo Shamrock McFlurry, adding a crunchy chocolate twist.
    • Dunkin’s Irish Creme Coffee & Lucky Shamrock Donut – Dunkin’ is bringing back its seasonal Irish Creme flavor for lattes and cold brews, paired with a festive donut topped with green icing and sprinkles.
    • Krispy Kreme’s St. Patrick’s Day Collection – This year’s lineup includes a variety of green-glazed donuts, including the Luck of the Rainbow donut topped with gold coins and a rainbow stripe.
    • Cold Stone Creamery’s Lucky Charms Ice Cream – Featuring real Lucky Charms cereal mixed into sweet cream ice cream, this limited-time flavor is a nostalgic treat for St. Patrick’s Day revelers.
    • Dave’s Hot Chicken’s Lucky Charms™ Top-Loaded Shake – Adding a fiery and sweet twist to the celebration, Dave’s Hot Chicken is serving up a new shake topped with Lucky Charms™ cereal, blending creamy vanilla with a festive crunch. This shake is available for a limited time at participating locations.

Where to Find Your St. Patrick’s Day Feast

Whether you’re craving a green twist on a classic or looking for an indulgent seasonal treat, these franchise brands have something festive to offer. Be sure to check your local locations for availability and get in on the holiday fun before these limited-time specials disappear!
