F45 Training, known for its high-intensity, functional group workouts, has officially joined forces with Red Bull in a dynamic, multi-year global partnership. This partnership is set to redefine the workout experience across F45 studios worldwide. This marks Red Bull’s first-ever global fitness studio collaboration—an energizing leap that promises to fuel, inspire, and electrify the F45 community.

Fitness Meets Fuel: Red Bull Lands in F45 Studios

The partnership, announced today, introduces Red Bull as the official energy drink partner of F45 Training. Beginning in the next three months, Red Bull will roll out in F45 studios globally. This will give members easy access to a pre-or post-workout boost straight from Red Bull-branded coolers.

“This partnership is designed to further empower F45 Training members worldwide to push their limits while fueling their workouts with Red Bull,” said Tom Dowd, CEO of F45 Training. “We’re honored to partner with Red Bull as our official energy drink partner and cannot wait to introduce an even more electrifying training experience for members.”

But the partnership is more than just a fridge full of cans. The collaboration is built on five strategic pillars:

  • Sampling Initiatives: Global product sampling will ensure F45 members experience the benefits of Red Bull firsthand.
  • In-Studio Product Integration: Red Bull will be fully integrated into F45 studio environments, with branded coolers and on-site availability.
  • Content Amplification: Both brands will leverage their digital muscle with co-branded content from F45 Athletes and Red Bull Creators.
  • Red Bull Event Access: F45 members will unlock exclusive experiences and activations at signature Red Bull events around the world.
  • HYROX Training & Activations: As the official training partner of HYROX—the world’s fastest-growing fitness race—F45 will activate “Red Bull 100 x HYROX” experiences in studios worldwide.

HYROX x Red Bull x F45: The Triple Threat of Functional Fitness

One of the most exciting components of the partnership is the integration of HYROX race activations into F45 studios. The “Red Bull 100 x HYROX” initiative will launch globally this year. It will give members a new challenge that combines endurance, speed, and strength—all core to the F45 ethos.

“At F45, we are always looking to partner with like-minded brands that are forward-thinking when it comes to the future of fitness,” said Brian Killingsworth, Chief Marketing Officer of F45 Training. “F45 and Red Bull together will put the fun in functional training. We’re excited to roll out this partnership across our studios and grant members exclusive access to events and integrations.”

Why Strategic Brand Partnerships Matter in the Franchise World

For franchise brands, aligning with globally recognized companies like Red Bull isn’t just about product placement—it’s a powerful growth strategy. These types of partnerships offer franchisors and franchisees an opportunity to elevate brand visibility. They also attract new audiences and deepen customer engagement.

By teaming up with a lifestyle brand that already resonates with health-conscious, high-performance individuals, F45 is tapping into a shared demographic. This demographic values energy, community, and achievement. In turn, Red Bull gains direct access to a fitness-forward customer base across hundreds of locations worldwide.

Strategic alliances like this often come with high-value perks: co-branded marketing campaigns, exclusive event access, and product integrations that enhance the in-studio experience. They also offer franchise owners added marketing support and an edge in customer retention. These are two major wins in today’s competitive fitness landscape.

As franchise systems look to innovate and stay culturally relevant, partnerships with powerhouse consumer brands can create a halo effect. They boost credibility, energize the member experience, and ultimately drive revenue across the network. With Red Bull products expected to be available in studios by June 2025, F45 members can look forward to not just getting fit—but getting wings while doing it.
