This summer, franchise restaurants across the nation are turning up the heat and flavor with a bold, tasty lineup of protein-packed menu innovations. From succulent slow-cooked pork to fiery steak and crispy chicken sliders, there’s something sizzling for every palate.

Del Taco is igniting taste buds with the launch of its new Slow-Cooked Pork Carnitas, meticulously prepared by simmering tender pork for hours in authentic spices. Enhanced with their new Roasted Salsa Roja, crafted from fire-roasted tomatillos and smoky chipotle peppers, the carnitas promise a melt-in-your-mouth experience.

Guests can savor this delectable pork across multiple menu items, including the Carnitas Combo Burrito, Street Tacos, Loaded Fries, and a crispy Carnitas Quesadilla, available until August 11th. Interim President Sarah McAloon highlights that these dishes offer guests “food that tastes great, that’s made from real ingredients and fits their budget.”

    QDOBA Brings Back the Heat

Answering enthusiastic requests from fans, QDOBA has reintroduced its much-loved Habanero Lime Steak. Juicy, flame-grilled steak tossed in zesty lime juice, fresh cilantro, and a fiery habanero sauce is sautéed fresh in-house, providing a vibrant and spicy kick.

Vice President of Marketing Kim Zamir emphasizes that QDOBA is “committed to delivering bold, memorable flavors,” inviting customers to spice up their favorite bowls, burritos, tacos, and nachos with this seasonal sensation, available at locations in the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.

Roy Rogers Restaurants add crunch and versatility to summer with their crispy Chicken Tender Sliders. Hand-breaded, juicy chicken tenders top freshly prepared sliders, accented by signature sauces: sweet Gold Rush, spicy Frank’s Red-Hot Buffalo, or mild Roy’s Cowboy sauce.

According to Co-President Jim Plamondon, the sliders offer guests “a twist on Roy’s beloved classics,” ideal for customizing at Roy’s famed Fixin’s Bar. Guests can pair these sliders with refreshing beverages like Cold Brew or Handcrafted Strawberry Lemonade for an ultimate summer combo.

    Summer’s Flavorful Finale

From Del Taco’s tender pork carnitas to QDOBA’s spicy Habanero Lime Steak and Roy Rogers’ crispy Chicken Tender Sliders, franchise restaurants are bringing a dynamic range of protein-packed options this summer. Each of these delicious dishes captures the spirit of the season, delivering flavors that cater to diverse tastes and making summer dining an exciting experience. Whether craving savory slow-cooked goodness, bold heat, or a satisfying crunch, franchise menus are the place to indulge this summer.
