Available now systemwide, the menu showcases the brand’s Pitmaster craftsmanship with indulgent appetizers, bold sandwiches, and festive desserts that highlight Sonny’s signature Southern hospitality.
Guests can dig into crispy, dry-rub-dusted onion rings and seasonal smoked wings tossed in either Florida Smokin’ Citrus Sauce or the tangy Alabama White Sauce. This year’s sandwich features steal the show, including the Prime Rib Sandwich layered with creamy horseradish and Swiss on garlic bread, and the Smokin’ Gun, stacked high with Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, chopped brisket, banana peppers, and a duo of Mustard and Sweet BBQ Sauces.
Comfort continues in the sides, like Candied Bacon Mac & Cheese crowned with onion straws, and Skillet Potatoes finished with a garlic bread crouton. For dessert, Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding offers a warm, nostalgic finish with its Sweet Tea Glaze.
