Nothing Bundt Cakes is kicking off 2026 with a crave-worthy trio of limited-time flavors, led by the highly anticipated return of its record-breaking Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake. Beginning Jan. 5th, guests nationwide can once again enjoy the spiced favorite that sold out in 233 bakeries during its 2025 debut.

The Biscoff Cookie Butter Cake features a comforting spice cake infused with Biscoff Cookie Butter, finished with a drizzle of the spread and layered with real Biscoff cookies baked into the base and on top. This time, the fan favorite returns in all sizes and will be available through Feb. 15th, while supplies last.

Following close behind is a brand first. The New-Fashioned Marble With Chocolate Frosting Pop-Up debuts Jan. 12th–25th and marks Nothing Bundt Cakes’ first-ever chocolate-frosted Bundt. Available in Bundtlet size only, the dessert pairs classic yellow and chocolate marble cake with rich chocolate ganache cream cheese frosting and chocolate-coated wafers.

Rounding out the lineup is the Chocolate Raspberry Heart Made with DOVE Pop-Up flavor, launching Feb. 2 just in time for Valentine’s Day. The chocolate cake is filled with raspberry puree, topped with signature cream cheese frosting and finished with a DOVE chocolate heart. It is available in Bundtlet size and Bundtlet Towers for gifting.
