Keyrenter Property Management has named Kioumars Amini as its new Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, signaling a continued push for national growth across its residential property management network.
In his new role, Amini will oversee franchise expansion strategy, lead recruitment of new franchise owners, and manage the brand’s full sales pipeline, from lead generation through signed agreements. He will also ensure consistency across systems and operational execution of development as the company scales.
Amini brings deep industry experience, having founded Select Realty Management in 2012, where he led multifamily conversion projects in the Boston market. He also currently serves as Chief Development Officer for The Franchise Crew, advising on real estate investment strategies.
“I’m honored to join Keyrenter Property Management and am looking forward to contributing to the organization’s success,” said Amini, citing the $69 billion residential real estate market as a key driver for franchise interest.
Founded in 2007 and franchising since 2014, Keyrenter has grown to 84 franchisees across 94 locations. The brand supports owners with services ranging from tenant placement to property maintenance and rent collection, positioning itself within a sector fueled by rising rental demand and limited institutional ownership.
CEO and co-founder Nate Tew expressed confidence in Amini’s leadership, noting his experience will help unlock the brand’s next phase of growth.
