Jason’s Deli is kicking off its 50th anniversary with a menu refresh designed to celebrate the flavors and guests that have defined the brand for five decades. Beginning in January, the family-owned fast-casual chain is rolling out new and returning menu items alongside a nationwide giveaway of more than 1 million Deli-Bration Cookies.

The limited-time Deli-Bration Cookie makes its debut Jan. 2nd through Jan. 8th, when Deli Dollars Rewards members can enjoy one free. The sugar cookie topped with colorful sprinkles is crafted specifically for the milestone and will remain on the menu as a permanent treat.

The anniversary lineup also includes the year-round return of The Deli Cowboy, a hearty sandwich stacked with freshly sliced East Texas pit-smoked beef brisket, melted cheddar, red onions and barbecue sauce on toasted New Orleans French bread. Seasonal favorites Chicken & Wild Rice Soup and Cheesy Truffle Pasta with Chicken are available Jan. 1st through March 31st, bringing comfort-forward options to the winter menu.

January also marks National Soup Month, and Jason’s Deli is spotlighting its nine soups offered year-round. Vegetable Soup now joins the permanent lineup, while Rewards members can access special soup offers throughout the month.

The celebration extends beyond the menu with game-day catering options like the Ultimate Party Pack, reinforcing the brand’s ongoing focus on community, quality ingredients and approachable hospitality.
