Hilton Expands Grubhub Onsite Partnership to Over 2,600 Hotels Nationwide

Hilton is doubling down on convenience for its guests by expanding its partnership with Grubhub Onsite to more than 2,600 properties under its Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, and Spark by Hilton brands. Guests staying at these hotels can now access Grubhub’s Marketplace of over 375,000 merchants to order food, groceries, and convenience items directly to their rooms by scanning a simple QR code.

In addition to this hassle-free service, guests can also take advantage of a complimentary one-month trial of Grubhub+. This unlocks perks like $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees on eligible orders, and 5% credit back on pickup orders. This expanded offering aims to deliver comfort and flexibility to travelers seeking to enjoy their stay with ease.

    Building on Proven Success

This rollout follows the success of Grubhub Onsite at Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton, where the partnership first launched in 2023. Since then, orders to Hilton properties have more than doubled, with Sunday being the most popular day for delivery. The variety of orders has been as diverse as the guests themselves, ranging from pad thai and Caesar salad to essentials like phone chargers and deodorant. It smells like a pretty convenient process.

“Expanding our partnership with Hilton is a testament to our successful alliance and the strong demand for our service among guests seeking convenient, affordable delivery,” said Rob DelaCruz, vice president and general manager of Grubhub Onsite. “Whether it’s comfort food from a local restaurant, groceries to complete a meal, or forgotten toiletries, we’re devoted to supporting Hilton’s guests while they’re away from home.”

This partnership enhances Hilton’s commitment to making every stay comfortable and stress-free. Bill Duncan, senior vice president and global category head for Hilton’s All Suites and Focused Service Brands, commented,

“The expansion of our Grubhub Onsite partnership to include Hampton, Tru, and Spark enhances the amenities offered at our beloved hotels, offering even more value to our guests and ensuring they have easy access to the items they want during their stay.”

By integrating Grubhub Onsite into its Hampton, Tru, and Spark brands, Hilton continues to redefine the guest experience. The move reflects Hilton’s dedication to offering flexible and innovative solutions that cater to modern travelers. From dining needs to forgotten essentials, this partnership ensures that guests have everything they need right at their fingertips.

It’s partnerships like this that turn tech into convenience and customer satisfaction.
