GRUBBRR®, a major player in self-ordering and automation technology, has officially been selected as the kiosk provider for Bojangles, a beloved Southern restaurant chain known for its crave-worthy menu and handcrafted recipes. The announcement was made at Bojangles’ recent annual franchisee conference, where GRUBBRR showcased its cutting-edge self-ordering solutions, including the Samsung Kiosk powered by GRUBBRR.

The decision to partner with GRUBBRR follows a highly successful pilot program. Within the pilot Bojangles reported kiosk adoption rates exceeded 50% at certain Bojangles locations. This pilot also demonstrated significant improvements in throughput, leading to enhanced operational efficiencies—a key metric for any quick-service restaurant aiming to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

    Transforming the Guest Experience

GRUBBRR’s self-ordering kiosks are designed to elevate the dining experience by reducing wait times, improving order accuracy, and enabling guests to customize their meals with ease. These intuitive kiosks streamline the ordering process, empowering customers while increasing average check sizes.

“Bojangles is a brand that is focused on delivering exceptional service to its customers, and we’re thrilled to be part of their journey,” said Sam Zietz, CEO of GRUBBRR. “Our kiosks are designed to empower restaurants with the tools they need to enhance efficiency, increase throughput, and ultimately deliver a better guest experience. We look forward to rolling out our solution across Bojangles locations and driving measurable results.”

Bojangles is equally enthusiastic about the collaboration. Richard Del Valle, CIO and Chief of Staff at Bojangles, shared his thoughts during the franchisee conference:

“We have been highly impressed with GRUBBRR since the outset of our dealings. Their team worked closely with ours to integrate their kiosk solution into our existing tech stack, making implementing the kiosks across our locations seamless. The kiosks provide our guests with an additional way to place their orders, which significantly improved our operational efficiency and increased throughput. The results have exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to bring this technology to more of our locations in the coming months.”

Tech-Driven Innovation for a Thriving Brand

Founded in 1977 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Bojangles has grown to over 820 restaurants, known for its signature Southern recipes and a focus on quality. By integrating GRUBBRR’s innovative technology into its operations, Bojangles is continuing its tradition of putting customers first while embracing the future of restaurant automation.

Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, GRUBBRR is a leader in self-ordering and automation technologies. Their technology provides solutions that help businesses increase revenue, reduce labor costs, and enhance customer experiences. Its ecosystem includes kiosks, kitchen display systems, digital menu signage, and more, making it a trusted partner for enterprises across various industries.

This partnership between GRUBBRR and Bojangles marks a significant step toward transforming quick-service dining. When provided the right tech stack, equipment and ecosystem restaurants can achieve both operational excellence and an exceptional guest experience.
