Charlie Zhang has been named Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience from Citigroup, Warburg Pincus, and ION Analytics, where he drove global finance and corporate development. Mark Calvillo joins as Chief Product Officer, following a successful tenure at Restaurant365, where he led product innovation and growth through multiple capital rounds and acquisitions.
In a strategic move underscoring the company’s commitment to artificial intelligence, FranConnect has elevated Jaffrey Ali to the newly created role of Chief AI Officer. Ali, who spearheaded the development of Frannie AI™ and the company’s advanced analytics suite, will focus on leveraging AI to enhance franchise performance and scalability.
