D1 Training has elevated Devon Arnold to Vice President of Development and Construction, signaling continued momentum for the fast-growing fitness franchise. Arnold, who joined the brand in 2022 as a real estate and development project manager, has already played a key role in guiding more than 100 franchisees from site selection to grand opening.

In her new role, Arnold will oversee the national development strategy, focusing on strengthening systems, partnerships, and the overall construction pipeline. Her work will help franchisees streamline operations and bring high-performance training facilities to communities across the country.

Arnold’s background in fitness and operations includes time with Exos, where she served as a Physical Therapy Coordinator and Project Manager. That hands-on experience continues to shape her approach to franchise development.

D1 Training, founded by former NFL player Will Bartholomew, has grown to more than 170 locations nationwide. The brand closed out 2025 with 40 new openings and 90 signed franchise agreements, fueled by demand for youth athletic training and adult fitness programs.

Built on five core training tenets, D1 offers scholastic, adult, and professional-level programs, along with personalized coaching. With Arnold now leading development efforts, the brand is poised to scale further while maintaining its franchisee-first focus.
