Camp Bow Wow has added franchise marketer Kate Wright to its leadership team, promoting her to vice president of marketing effective Nov. 20th, 2025. The Carrollton, Texas based brand, part of the Propelled Brands multi-brand franchising platform, operates more than 220 dog daycare and boarding locations across the United States and continues to pursue aggressive expansion.

Wright joined Propelled Brands in March 2025 as senior director of brand strategy and marketing operations, contributing nearly three decades of franchise and brand-building expertise. During her tenure, she supported multiple Propelled Brands concepts by developing data-driven initiatives that strengthened customer engagement, boosted sales, and elevated overall brand visibility.

Leaders across the organization highlighted her track record of transforming franchise systems. At Bonchon Korean Fried Chicken, Wright helped fuel a 19 percent unit count increase. During her time with Smoothie King, she led marketing efforts for more than 1,300 locations during a period that saw 30 percent unit growth and a 66 percent annual sales rise over four years.

Propelled Brands describes Camp Bow Wow as a category leader known for its enrichment-focused daycare model, trusted boarding services, and commitment to the well-being of pets. Wright’s blend of franchise experience, strategic insight, and enthusiasm for supporting operators positions her to guide the brand into its next phase of development.
