    TGI Fridays Launches Fondue-It™ Lineup With Tableside Cheese Pour Experience

    TGI Fridays® is adding a playful twist to its menu with the debut of Fondue-It™, a new interactive dining experience that brings sizzling presentation and tableside flair to select guest favorites.

    Launched February 17th, the new $3 Fondue-It™ upgrade transforms five popular menu items into a shareable moment. Each dish arrives on a hot cast-iron skillet before being finished tableside with a warm, bubbling cheese pour. The theatrical upgrade aims to turn everyday menu items into memorable dining experiences.

    Guests can add the Fondue-It™ treatment to several signature dishes, including Loaded Potato Skins, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Cheeseburger, Big Queso Energy Burger, and Truffle Mushroom Burger. The Bacon Cheeseburger and Big Queso Energy Burger feature a rich Poblano Queso Fondue, while the Truffle Mushroom Burger receives an indulgent Alfredo Fondue finish.

    Wait There’s More

    Alongside the new upgrade, the brand is introducing two additional menu items. The FRRIB™ sandwich reimagines the chain’s Big Ribs, featuring slow-cooked, grilled ribs pulled from the bone and stacked on a warm sub roll with melted cheddar, caramelized onions, and Fridays’ signature Whiskey-Glaze sauce.

    The menu expansion also includes the Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini, a dessert-inspired cocktail featuring Absolut Vodka, crème de cacao, Owen’s Nitro-Infused Espresso, and pistachio syrup, served with Dubai-style chocolate.

    Founded in 1965, TGI Fridays has built its reputation on bold flavors, energetic dining rooms, and social dining experiences. The Fondue-It™ rollout continues that tradition by blending comfort-food favorites with a shareable, experiential twist.
